ow

Well I got myself to run a half mile today! WOO! It was more like a run/walk/run but you know... hahaha good enough for now! If i keep at it I'll kick butt soon!!!

Anyways! Later i was wandering around my house, when i stepped on an ornament! OW! it punctured into my foot and was stuck in me! ew ew and ow ow ow!!!!!

So hopped around my house looking for bandaids! There were none in the medical cabinet (of course not! psh) but I eventually found my emergency hello kitty bandaids! yay!

So I'm thinking tomorrow i'm not going to run, so my foot can heal.

hiatus done!

Well i havent really run at all since last post! too long D:

There has been a lot of drama, but i guess that is no excuse.

SO! My boyfriend woke me up this morning and told me to get my arse out of bed and run! It took a few threats of tickling, but i got out of bed! (which is especially hard when you have an adorable fuzzy kitty sleeping on your chest!)

I only ran about a quarter of a mile today. I guess i need to work up my stamina again! hopefully it wont take long though!

I'll run and update again tomorrow!

Ya know what i completely forgot? How amazingly AWESOME you feel after you run! Like no matter how painful the run, i always feel like i can take on a professional wrestler afterwards! Is that normal? haha maybe it'll help motivate me tomorrow morning to get my butt going!

And thanks for the comments on my last post guys! i didnt think anyone would read my blog! It makes me feel inspired to get my butt going again!

WOO~!

I've decided to start running. I'm so out of shape, it's not funny. =( Sad days. Back in High School I used to be in pretty good shape. But since graduating (4 years ago~!) I've gained weight and become a lazy bones.

Anyways! I'm sick and tired of my family buying me oversized shirts and commenting on me needing to lose weight. Plus! What would I do if a Zombie apocolyps was apon us? I defitantely couldnt even out run a slow Zombie!

So, my solution: Running!

After reading up on all these awesome running blogs here, and tips and all that fun stuff, I decided to keep my own running blog. Maybe it'll help me keep on track and I won't stop.

So Last week I bought me some decent running shoes. I've got the guts up to run!

So far it was just a 15 minute run/walk that I struggled through (around my block). And Oh My Gosh, I felt like my lungs and heart were going to Rebel against me! Tomorrow is my rest day, and We'll see how Sunday goes.....
